Traditionally considered ‘soft-skill’ attributes, these are not easy to teach and even more difficult to assess. Using multifaceted teaching, this instructional team explicitly integrated ‘softskills’ with those knowledge skills traditionally required in ESRM. Results indicate that students in this course showed improvement in their development and understanding of these graduate attributes when compared to previous iterations of this course.</p> ER -
